What is your news yrs resolution?
Year after year we all do it. Make new years resolution. Why do we do it? For years I thought I am not going to make one this yr. I never follow threw so why do I need to make one. I think its a commitment issue. I don't know where it started? I learned so much this yr about making goals and sticking them threw! I want my family to grow and have a goal so they can go places with there life. In the bible it says a " The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty." I know that if you fly by the seat of your pants your not going to have abundance. Must likely you are going to have nothing.
What do you do when you have just done that flown by the seat of your pants and you are in a bad spot? I my family the last three yrs have done this. I would love to know what others think is the best way to set goals for life to live on?

Home
Is it hard for you to go threw life and not get to spend important times at home? As the last two yrs have gone by my Husband has been a over the road truck driver. I can say that is his passion driving a truck. But it has sacrificed so much for our family! Our oldest graduated high school and he wasn't able to make it even when he asked for weeks to be in FL for that day. It has suffered there relationship even more. Father and Son. Every birthday and holiday he isn't available to be home. I always say this is part of being married to a truck driver. I pray that his year what was meant to be a passion will be able to be that while being at home. Is it right to want something so bad? I want him to be home because I have seen that truck driving has torn so much from him. Relationships, Home Time, I am thankful he works day in and day out to provide for our family. I pray that I will make enough income this yr that he will no longer have to miss out on his family growing up. He can rebuild relationships and we won't have to be struggling everyday. With god our troubles are not as big but within our own struggles it feels we are always in need.

My Why!
As I sign up with beachbody they ask what is your why? I never really thought of why I wanted to be a beachbody coach. I know that I have a strong desire for others and that I love fitness. I love the fact that I can meet other people and help them with there passions. But my Why. I was listening to another beachbody coach and he was saying his why was to bring his wife home to be with the family. I think that is allot of my why. My family has been moving around from state to state. Town to town. Job to job looking for the right fit for our family. We are a family of 6 on a low income. We have struggled to make ends meet. We have lost so much. Including family time. My husband is a over the road truck driver. No he doesn't make enough money to cover our bills and family needs. I couldn't go out and get a job because the gas and the daycare alone would take up my check! So I wanted to help out with the family expenses. And I thought I would give beachbody a try and see if I could make a little bit extra to help with my family! And I would love to make enough so my husband to be home every night with my family. We could move out of low income housing. I also want to help others with there fitness and help them find there passion. So I guess that would be my WHY!
" see if I could make a little bit extra to help with my family! And I would love to make enough so my husband to be home every night with my family. We could move out of low income housing. I also want to help others with there fitness and help them find there passion"

Go for NO!
When I signed up with beachbody, one of my assignments was to read 10 pages of personal development. I did not think I would benefit much from them. But I am determined to make this work for me so, I thought what the heck I will do this. I bought the book "go for NO" by Richard Fenton and Andrea Waltz. Its has given me allot to think about.
Success<-------Me--------->Failure in the book this is what they say we all see as how we either fail or succeed! I think this is what I would have thought of how we make it. But as the book says.
Me----->Failure--------> Success Failure is the halfway point to success! Not a destination to be avoided! After failure if you keep going straight that is where success is!
I like this phrase "No doesn't mean never, It means not yet!" Research shows that sixty percent of customers say No four times before they finally say YES! Isn't that something. I would have never thought that was true. I know for myself I am more apt to move on when someone says no! And not ask why? To find out more about there situation. They use one of Thomas Edison's quotes that I find really helpful. " I haven't failed Ten Thousand Times - I have simply discovered Ten thousand ways that will not work!" I believe that this is true! I now that it is hard to hear no. But if we just stop there, we will never see the great potential we could be if we stop. "Yes is the Destination and No is how we get there."

Transformations
This is a photo of me in Feb of 2013. I was tired of not feeling healthy. I had always taken pride that even after babies. I could still fit into the same size pants since high school! My clothes after my last child didn't fit well anymore. I signed up with beach body to track my workouts on there super gym to keep me accountable. I was then assigned a coach! I wasn't sure what that would do for me. I emailed with her and built a relationship with her. I joined her challenge for the next month. And there I learned that there are people out there that keep you going and I LOVE that about beach body. My goal was to loose 2 inches, and even when I got sick and couldn't work out like I wanted to. I lost the two inches. It felt great! I did another challenge. Since then I did allot of activities this summer to help me loose more inches. Then I felt the desire to help others. Beach body coach was my next goal! And I am also working towards a 5k run!
